Pushing thirty can be a struggle for some so I like to shower pleasant hurrahs on loved ones who have pushed through (ugh, what an uncomfortable sounding way to express aging). For an ol’ college friend, I decided to take video footage of our early 20s goofs around campus and package the memories as a method of time travel. Equipped with a glue gun and found parts suggesting the physics of breaking the space/time continuum (uh – plastic globe, a calculator, and a minute-glass – who needs a flux capacitor!?), I set out to design a DVD case with mad scientist appeal. Once the DVD is removed from its time machine casing, all one must do to experience action past is spin the disc while directing laser beams at its reflective surface. Great Scott!
