Home ownership is on the doChamp horizon! Today we walked through an inspection of a sweet deal of a house in the Villa Park neighborhood of Denver. The top rule of real estate shopping is location (location, location), but this home delivers a twist on that mantra. It may not be in a “desirable” part of town, but public transport in the way of a new RTD Light Rail train station will be two blocks away in a year or so and the property is on a dead end street resting on the edge of a park. That means we only have one neighbor to keep a back stock of sugar for and an eco-friendly mode of travel to escape to city action when the basketball court of Paco Sanchez Park is not enough.
